keeping this in my mind
I had promised my father, our founder Shri. Subhashchandraji Sarda, that I will, in my lifetime, endeavour to make Aditya Education Trust an institution that any person would want to apply to. A modest beginning was made in 2002, when Aditya Education Trust opened small college in Beed- an underdeveloped district, with the goal of giving the underprivileged and needy access to basic education treatment and long-term improvement of the area. “Dear students, faculty, and staff, I am honored to address you as the Chairman of Aditya Education Trust. As we continue to excel in education, research, and patient care, I want to emphasize our commitment to excellence and compassion.

I want to share with you a story that has inspired me throughout my career. It is the story of a small seed that was planted in the ground. The seed was surrounded by darkness, uncertainty, and doubt. But despite these challenges, the seed refused to give up. It pushed through the soil, reached for the sunlight, and grew into a mighty tree. Similarly, as you pursue your educational journey, you may face obstacles, setbacks, and doubts. But I urge you to remember the resilience of that small seed. You too can push through the challenges, reach for your goals, and grow into a strong and capable individual.
